First edition EHEN newsletter

The European Human Exposome Network newsletter is out! In a handy PDF format, it showcases all the EHEN projects, starting with an overview of the exposome concept, and moving on to introduce the Network Coordination Team who will be leading EHEN over the coming years, and the collaborative aims of the EHEN working groups on Communication and Dissemination, Metadata, and Law and Ethics. It also has highlights from the Network conference held in June 2021.

The environment we live in has a dominant impact on our health. It explains an estimated seventy percent of the chronic disease burden. Where we live, what we eat, how much we exercise, the air we breathe and whom we associate with; all of these environmental factors play a role.
