Exposome-NL Writing Days

7 Jun 2023 09.00 - 9 Jun 2023 17.00Social Impact Factory, Utrecht

Exposome-NL will organize the Exposome-NL writing days on 7, 8 & 9 June. These days are meant for all early career scientists affiliated to Exposome-NL or EXPANSE.

With the Exposome-NL Writing Days we aim to facilitate your progress in writing projects (such as a manuscript, grant proposal or research/teaching statement) as well as enabling the acquisition of further relevant scientific skills. For this reason we will combine sessions on specific topics (hard skills) and less structured writing time.

Marc Chadeau and three members of his team will join us: Lucas Cheng, Rin Wada, Khezia Asamoah. On Wednesday they will give an overview of the work at their group. Furthermore, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday they will facilitate several sessions.

The less structured sessions will include small writing groups and/or dedicated individual writing time. During these sessions you can also consult a senior researcher to get (peer) feedback. Roel Vermeulen, Jeroen Lakerveld, Mark v/d Wiel and Gerard Hoek will alternate during these days.
